Warranty Details

EMC Auto Parts offers a 12‑month limited warranty for most aftermarket replacement auto parts, counting from the date your parcel is delivered.

What this warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects of product itself.

Items NOT covered under warranty:
1. Damage caused by wrong installation, modification or accident collision.
2. Normal wear and tear during daily driving.
3. Damage caused by buying wrong fitment parts.
4. Labor cost, installation fee, vehicle towing cost.

How to submit warranty claim:
Send email to support@emcautoparts.com. Please attach order number, part number and clear photos showing product problem.
Our team will review your submission. Approved cases will receive replacement parts.
