Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: 7‑14 business days after dispatch.
Fast Shipping: 3‑7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Cost
Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and total weight.

If tracking number shows delivered but you have not received parcel, please contact local courier first then reach our support.
